  1. Hello.

    Can you please make an amendment to Incident 0012 @ Woolwich. The casualty Keith Bungay, aged 5, was my uncle.

    Can you please change the description to include his mother’s name – to read “Son of Ernest and Kathleen Bungay”. Kath, my grandmother, was devastated by her loss and took the pain with her to her grave.

    I would love to see her name in print next to this wonderful acknowledgement of his death.
