My Dad lived at 4 Netherlands Road during WW2, I used to visit my Grandparents Maud and Stan Moore who were still there in the 1960’s and they didn’t have a cellar

I lived in similar properties in Dalmeny Road and netherland Road, none to my knowledge had cellars
